Varje blad inspekteras, oljas in och packas diskret — kartongen avslöjar aldrig att det finns ett svärd inuti.

Nami means wave — and the folded grain rolls down this blade like surf breaking. The Nami is a mid-range ninjato, the straight ninja sword, built on Damascus steel and finished with red and blue details that catch in the water-grain like light moving through a swell.

Forging & Steel

The blade is folded Damascus steel, welded through many layers so the carbon flows into that signature wave-grain pattern, here picked out with red and blue accents. Sharpened and full-tang, it is a working blade whose grain is structural rather than printed — the colour riding the layers the smith folded in, not painted on after the fact, so the wave reads the same from either face of the blade.

Mount & Fittings

The fittings step up to match the steel. A high-end copper tsuba guards the collar, the black-lacquered wood saya sets off the bright grain, and the handle is wrapped in genuine stingray leather over a copper menuki set, pegged through the tang with two bamboo mekugi. That genuine stingray and real copper are a clear tier above the synthetic wraps of the entry range — the Nami carries the furniture of a piece priced well above where it sits.

Is it battle-ready?

Yes. The Nami is a sharpened, full-tang folded Damascus ninjato with genuine stingray and copper furniture — a working blade with the grain and fittings of a piece well above its tier. Compare it with the entry-level Ninjato Fuyu or the all-wood Ninjato Ki, and see the full ninjato collection.
